Preventative Maintenance and Servicing

The purpose of a chiller is to cool large spaces which makes it ideal in industrial and commercial spaces. They are highly effective and sustainable in providing the cooling demands of large areas.

We provide regular services, followed by an annual service designed to keep your unit performing at its best. We also provide a detailed report and advice on performance issues that need attention at the time of service.

Diagnosis and Repairs

If a repair is required, we can quote and ensure that this is serviced with the minimum of fuss. Our team will advise if parts are required and are trained for all troubleshooting issues when it comes to chillers and HVAC units. Ongoing maintenance allows repairs to be observed and alerted before they become a bigger problem.
